| Good to know that the club will continue to exist after all that drama. I also love Mayuri's role this season. She's acts like a big sister for Ririsa and helps thanks to her experience. Okumura is also kinda put on the spot since he's the president of the club. I just find it interesting their hard work did pay off in the end still. |

| This school has a principal who's a real one and a student council president who'd pray for the porn stash you had to part from alongside you. The students really won the lottery on the coolest authority figures ever. Although it was a fair assessment, it's heartwarming how Okumura got as offended as he did by just the idea of Ririsa's stardom stagnating lol |

| From outside to inside of school, Ririsa gets flagged...because of her studies, and thankfully not for the Otaku stuff. With Okumura expecting that the Manga Club would get disbanded, Mayuri-sensei put expectations regarding the school's view on cosplay and how the both of them will suffer negative connotations from the school's president, which he actually supports them but has to weigh against these kinds of activities going public. Even the student council president gives the leeway with conditions that they must fulfil to keep their clubroom, and when all is said and done, Okumura's club is allowed to be retained for intents and purposes, and that's all that matters. Lots of revelations certainly are known through Mayuri-sensei and her ways of cosplaying that Ririsa is learning quite a bit, and Okumura being mature about handling the club with teh rules given, and getting the sympathy of the student council president, she's slowly becoming a hidden-closet Otaku too haha. But through Ogino's sharing of this Mr. Camera figure that showcases the Four Heavenly Queens, instead, having the Five Rising Stars with Ririsa's Liliel being No. 5 with the potential to follow Mayuri's footsteps. The No. 4 spot after her belonging to a figure that comes as quickly as she goes, NONOA is quite as what he forementioned, and despite being ranked last in the rising new generation of cosplayers, Ririsa's more than happy. Okumura is happy, but looks like some fan wants to gatekeep Ririsa... |

| Finally we get some Mikarin back in the ep. Loved the Nagomi and Ririsa stuff but it’s nice to see her again! Things ended up going a lot better than I anticipated at school, looks like the principal is actually really cool and just wanted to look out for Ririsa so that she didn’t get picked on or harassed. Respectable Student council president is so cute I’d love to see her get involved with cosplay, lot of the scenes she has with Okumura feel like it could go that way someday. Speaking of which why would Okumura keep 18 doujinshi at school in the first place, and then why throw them all away instead of just taking them home lol This Mr. Camera fella is interesting but I like Ririsa approach, no need to compete with other cosplayers just because this guy makes a list. Just focus on being the best cosplayer you can be and have fun. It’s not a competition. Hopefully we get to see more of the ice princess Nonoa next week she’s so pretty and ate that performance up. Can’t wait to see the second cour play out, seems like it’ll focus on the five rising stars of the cosplay world. |

| It's probably a good thing that the students don't know that Ririsa is cosplaying as Liliel as I can see it being a big distraction, nevermind potential teasing and bullying. At least they were able to keep their clubroom although it was a shame that Okumura had to throw out his risqué manga collection and I didn't understand why he couldn't have taken it home, maybe he was too embarrassed to have to explain it to his parents or something. Regarding the episode overall, I thought it was ok as the conversation Okumura had with Ogino dragged on a bit. Also being placed 5th for rising cosplayer is not bad considering Ririsa has only done it twice and were rushed last-minute photography sessions. Lastly, it was nice to see Mikari again and I hope she gets more screen time going forward. |
| I had multiple issues, but 5/5 So that's what the board said LOL I think principal made right move, he is trying to support their passion while not having them deal with the cruelty of reality. While it's not something that has to be avoided/kept secret, kids (well people period) are toxic. My personal concern was the club blowing up LOL. While it is weird having a teacher who is 22 because went K12->Bachelor's->Teacher, I guess my own experience isn't too much different as was a foster mother (to include multiple 17 years olds) when I was 23-24. She does have a lot of good spouse traits they brought up. While they didn't overtly say, I assume Okumura-san truly didn't have any other options (I would have brought home, but like I said, it likely wasn't even a theoretical attempt-able option for him.). Lots of respect to him, and the council president. It takes a lot of maturity to accept permanently leaving your collection, and even worse, trashing it. However this was bound to happen eventually as there was no way that was allowed, nor some of the actions in first 3 episodes or so. Anime should 100% be focused on Cosplay. Looking forward to all the new cosplayers!!!! This anime is so much fun!!! They go SUPER in-depth with measurements, which makes sense. If you want a perfect costume, you can't just get normal measurements. Love this anime, it manages to be so wholesome overall. I was annoyed that Okumura was annoyed, but Ririsa sent him straight. |

Yeah, she's already apparently failing all her courses, she doesn't need that additional distraction. Usually clubs wouldn't bring an absurd amount of attention, but unlike Mikari-chan who seems to be doing find in school with absurd attention since she's a professional model, Ririsa can't afford that. Principal made right move, protected the kids while supporting their determination and passion as he should. Publicizing report is major risk (bullying, distraction, mass club applications), minor reward (normalize cosplay more) Keeping private is minor risk (keeps cosplay as a shadow activity), moderate reward (keeps everything running smoothly as it has been) |

| I liked the principal. At first, I thought his intention to hide the club's activities was just to keep the school from getting into trouble, as the club's activities could be seen as embarrassing. But in reality, he cares about the safety of his students and supports their passions. It's great to see that the club has the principal's backing. Likewise, the student council president seems to have developed an interest in cosplay. However, was it really necessary for Okumura to get rid of his doujinshis? I mean, he could have just taken them home, considering how expensive they are. Also, Mayura is 22? I knew she was young to be a teacher, but not that young. It's funny how Lilysa and Okumura sometimes forget that she's their teacher when they comment on her "gifts." Although, since Mayura is such an otaku, she doesn't give off much of a "teacher vibe." Lilysa is really making a name for herself in the cosplay world. But she doesn't care about rankings or "five rising stars"; She just wants people to appreciate her cosplay and love the character as much as she does. As for that new cosplayer, Nonoa, I wonder if she's a fan or a stalker... although in Japan, those two terms can sometimes seem pretty similar! |

Very doable even with a master's. AP test credits, year round course, graduate high school a little younger, etc. I was a 23 year licensed attorney with a BS in business administration and a Juris Doctor at 23 years old. |

| Now this episode covers chapters 35-37 of volume 5, so the cosplay/manga club gets to keep their room under the condition that their cosplay activities are kept secret and PG. It would be very bad if everyone found out that Ririsa was cosplaying as Liliel that would cause the student body to spread rumors by bullying her. RIP to that doujin collection as this is another indicator as a transition from ecchi to cosplay romcom. It seems like the class president is interested in cosplay too, so she might join in on the fun later on. We are also introduced to another rising star in the cosplay world along with Ririsa and that's Nonoa. I'm guessing Nonoa is a kuduree with her stone cold persona. I didn't know that Mayuri-sensei was 22. Mayuri-sensei's appearance at school make her look older than she looks and I bet if she ditches those glasses she'll look a couple years younger. Eventually Ririsa is going to learn the downside of having her photos posted on the internet as we already have a stalker that hates the Liliel cosplay. |

| The principal is very sensible sensed the potential problems of going public mainly bullying and protected and supported Ririsa. Good to see. Student council president is such a great person. She helped them so much, pretty sure without her support the club would have been gone. She even mourned for Okamura's doujinshi stash.  Those Mikarin reactions were superb. |

| Well I guess the blackboard wasn’t something dreadful after all, just that Ririsa is failing in class lol, tragedy narrowly avoided. And wow the principal is actually awesome, really liked what he said in regards to some mistakes not doing anything for someone, only hurting them, this guy is a real one out here protecting his students. I’m sure the day will come when they go public, but being forced to ain’t the way, they’ll do it when they’re ready. And back in the club room which the gang is now able to keep, it’s nice to finally get some Mikari content again, girl was absolutely shafted for the previous arc so I’m Mikari starved lol, she didn’t have many moments but what we did get was good. And rip Okumura’s doujin collection, bro really threw that out when he could have brought it home or maybe give it to someone who will take care of it, but perhaps home isn’t an option since his parents might find it, it’s sad but at least the student council president proved her greatness when she mourned the loss with Okumura, and her interest in cosplay has me excited to see her get involved at some point since I like her a lot already. And we also got teased on a new cosplayer Nonoa, that cosplay was beautiful and blue hair makes me weak so she’s won me with that already lol, but I’m wondering if that girl at the end was her also or not, guess we’ll find out. Also, nice of Ririsa to give that whole article a read and be happy that she was understood, Okumura really got salty over pretty much reading the headline lol. And I’m guessing this episode means the first cour is done, not sure if we’re getting a new OP and ED as we enter the fall season or not, but if we are, just wanted to say these two were bangers, especially that ED, it was one of my favorites this season, hopefully whatever they replace it with (if they do) has visuals that go as hard as the dancing lol. |
