Like food, subjects can also be allergic to the components of a potion. While less life-threatening, magical allergies tend to be more pronounced.
Yay, another potion safety tip. I have a ton of these written down, and plan to jump around and get to them as the mood hits me. (That's why I went from #1 to #15). Let me know if you like these.
Also BLK's actual name is Reuben. BLK is just a nickname.

Question Time: This is a different kind of inflation, does this pique your interest, or would you rather see something else?

Awwwh, poor guy
This is one of the types of inflation that always gave me an uneasy feeling. I think mostly due to the 'inflatee' being "Unwell" during it and likely not enjoying the event in general. Same thing for being stun by bees to having a medical condition like hereditary angioedema. However, if its an illness designed to inflate to begin with (and not a side effect), then that kinda turns the situation on its head (I recall Bonkers having an episode a lot like this).
Complete side note; its really nice to see Alan take care of Reuben :3 Though that does spring a question in this furball's mind: did "BLK" actually stand for anything? I assumed it was short for "Black", but now I'm wondering if it was initials for something.

Jeez, Reuben looks like he's going to need a LOT of tissues...
As for inflation by allergies, it can have some mixed results but I usually feel it's most enjoyable when treated like more of a nuisance than a danger and can pop up at any time and how well the victim can avoid it or not can sometimes come down to luck.
My main Fursona Melancho usually inflates to his max size out of his control from getting stung by one of the Agithian Honeybees on Dacutter Island. It's a strong reaction but it doesn't make him suffer from the usual maladies that Allergic reactions bring.
