- Merge with Ruby (programming language): There's practically no independent coverage about Ruby's early history. There is some reliable 3rd-party coverage in the form of announcements for new releases, mostly on the newer end: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]. This is not quite enough to overcome the WP:NOTCHANGELOG concern, especially since the coverage in RS is nowhere near comprehensive, unless someone can find more coverage in RS.
