| For ONCE, can't a girl who was childhood friends with a guy NOT be secretly in love with him? I hate that trope. Girls and guys can be friends WITHOUT falling in love, and suggesting otherwise annoys the heck out of me. When she Kaori said she fainted "again" I got worried. Please don't have some terrible disease. I swear, if this show goes Clannad on me I'm going to flip my ****. |

So, she didn't faint right on the spot, it was later out of the audience sight... Yeah I know, still one hell of a death flag, and now more with her saying that no matter if she dies no one, not even her will forget. Looking things from Kousei's side, it's truly sweet seeing how he sees her shine so much that inspires him to be better, at least one step -or jump- at the time. She appears to be the shining light in his path. I admit the metaphor is really cute. She's too direct, straight forward, spontaneous, and he's shy, reserved, introvert. (Yeah yeah, let's put the stereotypes into action: She's Tsundere Deredere and he's Kuudere) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -  Regarding Tsubaki, does she like the ex captain? because she said that she did but now she doesn't. Does she like Kousei? She said no but acts like it. I hope the drama out of this isn't too cheesy... PD: I'm seeing the usual tsundere hate around here against Kaori. Yes, she's pushy with him but when someone is in a difficult position, they need a push. That's the truth. Exposition therapy. And yes, she punches him, but that's the comedy part of the show! Come on, a lot of comedy anime or tv shows resource to physical damage to make you laugh, but you don't seem to care unless it's a tsundere. Of course people don't go around punching people and being friends with them after. |

| Still don't approve of Kaori's way of getting Kousei back to playing piano, it's almost too forceful but hey Kousei was taught to play piano through force by his mom so he's probably used to it, love it even. Also that love triangle is just a nice boat waiting to happen. |

| Lol these other comments are painting the series in a dark hue, hope no characters die by the end of this series ;_; The soundtrack once again was what I took the most from the ep. It really sucks now no-one else is able to empathise with Arima in terms of his inability to perform. It isn't stage-fright, it's more like PTSD/depression. |

| Okay, I've been tolerating some of the very annoying tsundere moment, but I totally can't accept this busllshit scene when Tsubaki kicked both of the boys for seeing half naked Kaori, even though she's the one that barges in without knocking. What a fucking bitch move, at least for that one scene. Yep, Tsubaki fell in love with Kousei, the only reason she didn't feel this way before was that Kousei has never really been close to any other girls before... Until now when Kaori came into the picture. What horrible timing for that former baseball captain to confess his feelings to her at his point in Tsubaki's life... *PRESSES F FOR OUR FALLEN BROTHER* |

| Wherever Arima goes it's just like Kaori prepared a setup to meet together. Tsubaki lied about that he treat Arima like a little brother. Kaori lied about she's passing out for the first time. And Arima lied as stated in this episode. Now the title makes more sense. |

| Tsubaki is so violent. She's drawn enough blood from those two idiots to run a hospital for a month. Kaori is completely lying when she says that was the first time she has collapsed like that. I am certain it has happened before. Hell, I think she even suggests that later in the episode. How Watari can go from flirting with Kaori to immediately being on the phone flirting with another is kinda sad, to be honest. Kaori deserves better (like my boi Kousei). It's obvious that deep down Watari is a good person though. It's apparent that Tsubaki has a crush on Kousei, especially after feeling nothing when confessed to by her former love interest. I'm not the greatest fan of cliches, more so the "childhood friend turned lover" trope, so I hope this show is able to develop that in an interesting way. Kaori was able to touch not only the entire auditorium with her performance but the most important person of all - Kousei. He made the leap of faith over the bridge, now he just has to do it in a competition. I believe in you my guy |
| Kaori makes a valid point. Even if Kousei wanted to forget playing the piano, I doubt he could. I haven't played my violin in a couple years, and it has been 10 years since I've been in an orchestra. I surely won't forget how to play it or read music the rest of my life. I know Kaori is referring more to the atmosphere of playing in front of an audience, but it's still applicable. Kousei would much rather forget how to play to forget his memories, but that's not something he is likely to forget even if he could forget piano too. I like that this is from an adolescent perspective since his scars would be hard to analyze at his age. I hope he's able to cope and grow out of that fruitless mindset. |

| Yeah yeah... "musicians are always afraid of something". Very cute but honestly, Kaori doesn't know shit about Kousei's situation so she really should stop making assumptions. The poor guy already gave a good amount of clues about his emotional state regarding the piano yet she still wants to force him into playing it again. Seriously, the guy needs a psychologist, not a fucking piano contest. By the way, his childhood friends aren't anything better either considering they always choose Kaori's side. |
| It seems we're soon to have the love drama starting. The metaphors and dialogues between the characters seem pretentious and the comedy is awful. I hate how Kaori is emotionally manipulating Kousei and her over-the-top, too bright personality besides the violent nature is also not likable. |

| Kaori has such a nice skin :) Looks like Tsubaki is really showing her true colors and really likes Kousei. Even his senpai who she admire a year ago, has faded away from her mind. Seems Kousei is going to comeback on Piano. 2 years without playing at a elite level. Wonder if he still has it? :D |
