| Oh God, I did not think it would become even more cruel and bloody confrontation; rivers of tears I shed at the end. What a touching story, there is also the opportunity to rejoin the story with the facts before inserted in F / Z; excellent. Beautiful designs and scenes, not to mention the animations. Almost masterpiece this TV series. |

| I don't know about you guys, but so far, I'm not particularly interested in both the protagonists, Shirou and Rin. They are both just...meh. Boring for me. Didn't particularly cared too much about Ilya either. Decent episode but the "battle of legend", between Gil and Basakaa is quite short, took only about 1/4 of the whole episode. And its not really a battle, the whole match was totally one sided, with Gil is simply chilling and effortlessly spamming his noble phantasm. He is too effing OP. He needs to be nerfed |

| Illya's backstory made her (and Berserker's) battle with Gilgamesh monumental. He slashed her eyes and blinded her and watched her feel her way over the ground to reach Berserker. Such a brutal enemy. I was really rooting for her character, much more so than in the original Fate/Stay Night. |

Well, ufo intended for Japanese viewers to have read the Fate route as they released it for free in Japanese beforehand, so it's understandable if you, a western viewer, didn't feel a lot for her death. I recommend coming back and re-watching this episode after watching the Heaven's Feel movie(s). It'll make the death so much heavier. |
