Rpgm cursed letters

That looks like a very fancy font. Does every RPGM game you run utilize it? It's possible that it's being used as a substitute for the game's default font, which is missing or isn't being used for whatever reason. See if there's a font folder in the game folder or under /www and install whatever is in there. Running an integrity scan for corrupt or missing files wouldn't hurt either. Windows key > type CMD > ctrl+shift+enter to run as admin or use your mouse. Type in sfc /scannow and let it do its thing.
