I don't know how he does it but at every concert video I have seen Gary sings these songs with so much passion it is like he is singing it for the first time before an audience. I can tell he is moved by his lyrics every time he sings a song and in so doing he moves the audience. This man is a true artist. Thank you Gary.
This is arguably one of the most beautiful live performances I've ever seen. My father and I had the privilege of seeing Snow Patrol perform a live acoustic show earlier this year in Brooklyn - it was in a record shop with a venue tucked in the back. Needless to say, they were flawless and we were in total awe of their talent. This also happened to be a meet and greet event and they were equally as wonderful to speak with as they were to witness their music. These guys are special and I hope they continue to make music for a very long time.
I was at that show too! I brought my 11 year old daughter and Nathan gave her his guitar pick after the show because she had sung every word of every song. It was an AMAZING first concert experience for her!
Every Snow Patrol song is a place and a time in someone else's life. These guys may never know the impact they have had on the inner lives of their fans. I adore them deeply.
Believe me .. they know. On stage the emotions, energy and connections are a two way street. You do a good show, all enjoy a wonderful night. You do a great performance , that inner joy shines out, beams all around everyone touched and mesmerised from the performance. These guys can only seem to be able to do the great performance as just another magical show. That is how good these musicians are. Breathtaking ... They feel it - the public feel it at the concert - and here ... we get the privilege to tell our lives with their songs. Thanks Guys!!

Just watched Belfast and it tells the story Gary grew up with. And he was bemused, confused. Have heard him in interviews talk about YES , that it has 2 sides… but not the romance aspect. Rather an anthem song 🎶 about uniting all Irish ☘️, not The Troubles, not the former conflict. Notice SP ends every performance with this song hope. Kudos for keeping history alive.

This is music from one of the most sensitive mind and heart I can even imagine. The words are the thoughts every one who knows love, but also knows pain. Having spent the last few days being carped on about COVID-19 vaccines, accused of being fed Democratic indoctrination, not knowing my own mind. I’m just so happy that I can blow that out of my mind through the music of Gary LightBody and Snow Patrol. I only discovered them on a turn. And what a valuable turn it was. They just give hope and beautiful melodies that I will have forever.
Snow Patrol is the only band that sends chills throughout my whole body when Gary starts singing. Had the privilege of meeting him after their show in Atlanta back in April. What a night.
Their music takes me back to a simpler world. Real music. My pre-teen and teenage years. Very happy to have been able to assist their concert in Atlanta. Beautiful. His voice is raw emotion.

This reminds me of their Royal Albert Hall concert all those years ago which i still watch on here, so this has been an absolute treat hearing the new songs plus some of my older favourites reworked - Open your eyes has always been my favourite and this version of it is totally out of this world ♥️ We need an acoustic album now please Gary!
Dark Roman Wine at Albert Hall is one of my favourite videos to watch again and again. Great performance overall here at Porchester, however the Dark Roman Wine rendition is very flat compared to the one at Royal Albert Hall....he sounds all of his 42 years

OMG, WOW, this is so awesome!!! All the musicians are amazing, Gary's voice is so lovely incredible warm, sweet so strong, i love when Gary laughed performing Run, and the songs from the new album, Wildness, Don't Give In, Life On Earth ( It shouldn't be so so hard), Empress, Heal Me, What If This Is All The Love You Ever Get was amazing. Chasing Cars Is my favorite, and Just Say Yes, i love all the words of this song "I can feel your heart beat through my shirt, this is all i ever wanted, it's all i want". Congratulations to all!

I’ve had their new album on repeat EVERYDAY since going to see them in Birmingham. Was going to go a few more times but my mum was terminally ill. This album has helped me through this time. This acoustic session is so beautiful. Would love to see them in this setting.. ❤️
I also saw them in Birmingham - it was magical in the arena that night. The album has helped me through difficult times recently as well - their music gives you strength doesn't it 💜. There's a rumour they are going to be doing a Reworked Tour 2 - hope so.

Becoming reintroduced to Snow Patrol after years of them being out of the spotlight. Going to see them in April in Upper Darby in Pennsylvania. Can't wait...they are quickly becoming my favorite band again. LOVE Gary!
